Moly Spray

SealXpert Moly G-Rapid Spray is an aerosol-based molybdenum lubricant that improves running-in and eliminates stick-slip. This moly spray prevents seizure for metal-to-metal contact, reduces fretting corrosion and facilitates easy disassembly. Our moly spray is used for pre-treatment, assembly, maintenance, repair, press-fitting and running-in of plain bearing and sliding surfaces. Lubricate with Extreme Pressure Grease after pre-treatment if necessary.

Moly Z Powder

Sealxpert Moly Z Power is an excellent molybdenum lubricant in solid form and has properties at wide service temperature range. This molybdenum lube in solid form reduces friction and wear, is resistant to oxidation and extreme pressure resistance. Sealxpert Moly Z Power is used as a dry rubbed-on molybdenum lubricant film for metallic contacts. It is a solid moly lube additive in metalworking compounds and used extensively in brake lining application. With high content of moly lube in powder form, it offer as run-in aid, in press-fittings, in heavy Loads and slow speeds applications and also in extreme environments (e.g. in dusty atmospheres or of temperature extremes)

Moly Micro Powder

Moly Anti Seize Compound

Sealxpert Moly M1000 molybdenum based anti-seize compound improves thread seal with excellent corrosion protection. This molybdenum compound prevents seizure after prolonged exposure to high temperatures (up to 1100°C) and facilitates easy disassembly. Sealxpert Moly M1000 molybdenum anti-seize compound is recommended for screw threads, nuts, bolts, studs subjected to high temperatures, corrosive equipment and frequent disassembly.

Moly M77 Paste

SealXpert Moly M77 is a paste with moly lubricant grease ( molybdenum grease or moly grease ) as the base and provides lubrication up to 230°C and dry lubrication up to 400°C. This molybdenum lubricant has good water resistance and volatilization properties and it is compatible with many types of elastomers and plastics. As a moly lube, SealXpert Moly M77 paste is suitable for lubrication points with low to moderate loads and low speeds which are subjected to water and extreme temperatures. When subjected to temperatures above 230°C, the carrier volatilizes leaving virtually no residueand the remaining dry sliding film is the lubrication up to 400°C. SealXpert M77molylube is suitable for lubricating parts consisting of materials that are not resistant to mineral oils and is used on metal-to-metal parts with frictional and contact surfaces, brake anchor plates and the brake pistons of disc brakes.

Moly G-N Paste

Sealxpert G-N Molybdenum Paste is a high pressure-absorption capacity with low coefficient of friction. This molybdenum lubricant prevents frictional corrosion and scoring, offers protection from stick-slip and has good anti-corrosion properties.  Sealxpert G-N Molybdenum Lubricant Pasteis recommended as a running-in lubricant for new machines and gear-boxes, and press-fit production of all types of machine elements. It provides permanent lubrication of machine elements that are moved only rarely or slightly and also for drilling, sawing and thread cutting. Sealxpert G-N Molybdenum Lubricant Pasteis used for lubricating threaded spindles, splined shafts, toothed gears, worm and transmission gears, screws, valves, pumps, machine-tool guides and also for the tightening and fitting of roller bearings, washers, wheels, flanges and bolts.

 

Sealxpert M Liquid Molybdenum Lubricant liquid is a dispersion liquid that Increases load-carrying capacity, reduces friction, wear and noise. As a moly lube, it lowers oil operating temperatures and stops gear pitting. Sealxpert M Liquid Moly Lubricant liquid is recommended as an additive to mineral-based lubricating, engine and gear oils in circulating and splash lubrication system and gearboxes.
