Leak was discovered at a valve body of a steam system.Firstly, the pipe surface was cleaned and roughened. Next, SealXpert Teflon tape and SealXpert Stainless Steel Pipe Clip were applied around the leak area. Thereafter, PS108 Hi-Temp repair putty was applied around the affected area. Finally, Wrap Seal PLUS Fiberglass Repair Tape was applied to reinforce the repaired area.

CORROSION OF TANK CONNECTION & FLANGE
The tank connection and flange of Hydrochloric acid tank is subjected to corrosion and thinning.Firstly, the pipe and tank surface was cleaned and roughened. Next, Wrap Seal PLUS resin & activator was applied onto the pipe and tank surface and reinforced with SealXpert Chopped Strand Mat. Thereafter, a galvanized sheet metal box-up was created to fill in the Wrap Seal PLUS resin & activator. Finally, Wrap Seal PLUS Fiberglass Repair Tape was applied to reinforce the repaired area.

The pump sleeve and impeller seat is experiencing heavy wear and corrosion from the pipe medium and requires repair and maintenance once every 2 months. After applying SealXpert WR204 wear resistance coatings, the downtime for this pump has reduced and asset integrity and reliability has improved tremendously.
